“Family Law Solicitor Lorraine Toal helped me through a difficult divorce, she kept me informed at all times and was a comfort during a time of stress. Her advice on all matters was accurate and I felt I was in good hands”
The service that we received from Family Law Solicitor Lorraine Toal, was exceptional. She kept us informed at all times, contacted us promptly in all instances, her advice and recommendations to the various circumstances was helpful and reliable. She conducted the matter efficiently and swiftly
I have had the pleasure of being represented by Wellers Family law and particularly Lorraine and Quang… I have always found them only interested in acting on my behalf and know the law inside out which has resulted yet again in achieving the desired result.
Divorces and child cases are often very emotional and the games that get played are often more a distraction than fact but these guys wade through the smoke and mirrors to present facts of the case. Believe in how they approach things and you will get the desired results.

Sale of dental practice
“I first made use of Parmjit services in 2012 to buy into a partnership in a Dental Practice. In 2016 I used him again to buy out my business Partner and in 2021 to sell my Dental Practice. I think the fact that I used him three time speaks for itself. He is professional helpful and always looked out for my best interest. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to the sale of a Dental Practice and I cannot recommend him highly enough. “

Sale of assets of ophthalmology business
Parmjit Bhogal has advised me on the sale of my company goodwill. This sale occurred post liquidation and with the backdrop of the Corona virus epidemic. He was always available to discuss developments, explained the legal aspects in easily understood terms and he completed the agreement promptly. I can highly recommend his services.

Sale of dental practice
Parmjit advised me on the sale of my dental practice.
The process was very convoluted and can test the patience of even the Dalai Lama. However, throughout the entire process I was always impressed with Parmjit’s professionalism.
He worked tirelessly to keep matters on track and has an incredible ability to notice small details.
He was available at a convenient time for me; especially around my clinics which allowed for detailed discussions to take place over the phone and face to face when needed.
He interacted speedily with all the other parties involved and would regularly keep me appraised of developments. He gave me sound advice when needed including going against the grain if it was in my interests.
In summary, I don’t think there is another lawyer I would chose if I had to do the process again and can whole heartedly recommend Parmjit to help with all matters related to Dental Practice Sales.”
Dr Max R, London
Sale of property holding company
We were looking for a company solicitor to handle our company sale and out of 3 tenders, Wellers came out in the middle on price, and we chose them for their central London position.
From the start of the sale, Parmjit Bhogal handled the sale for us and did an excellent job. The buyers were quite tricky from time to time, but he handled them expertly and managed to bring the deal to a successful conclusion.
Bravo Parmjit and thank you for your unstinting guidance and help.
