An experienced Legal Cashier is required to work at our Bromley office full time. You will be supporting the finance function within the firm. We are a small friendly team and we are looking for an excellent team player. The successful candidate will be able to deal with a demanding workload.
Your role will include:
- Dealing with daily bank reconciliations
- Purchase ledger
- Daily data processing on our office and client account
- Sending CHAPS and BACS payments
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Legal Cashier to join a forward-thinking firm.
You should have experience of investigating residual balances. Credit control experience is an advantage. A good working knowledge of SARs is essential and intermediate Excel skills would be an advantage.
We are seeking a Credit Controller based in our Bromley office to:
- Develop, implement and maintain an effective credit control system
- Ensure monthly collection is maximised and any targets reached
An experienced legal secretary/administrator is required in our Family department.
Our legal secretary/administrator will be providing secretarial support to our busy family solicitors. You will be required to demonstrate great keyboard skills, good typing speeds, time management, organisational and communication skills.
Strong all round administration and IT skills are required as you will be required make appointments with clients, manage diaries and undertake general family administration duties.
The successful candidate will also support fee earners with their work and will therefore have excellent interpersonal skills and gain job satisfaction from providing the highest standard of client service as well as the ability to work to deadlines.
