Sunita Ojha is a Senior Solicitor and Head of Residential Property in our Surrey office, helping clients navigate a wide range of residential property matters. Having qualified in 1996 Sunita undertakes a varying range of property work from advising first-time buyers, families and property investors, as well as buying and selling freehold, leasehold and shared ownership property as well as remortgaging, transfers of equity and extending leases. She also has experience resolving any property access issues within the area.

Sunita takes a practical, client-focused approach, providing clear advice and helping to make what can often be a complex and stressful process as smooth as possible. She particularly enjoys helping clients achieve important milestones and guiding them through significant property decisions with confidence.
