If you are acting on behalf of someone else, we may require evidence of your authority.
How We Will Handle Your Complaint

- Review the issues raised and make any necessary enquiries
- Keep you informed of progress where appropriate
- Provide a written outcome without undue delay
We may contact you if we need further information to investigate your complaint.
