Having qualified in 2016, Naomi has developed a wealth of knowledge and specialises in:
- The preparation of wills
- Lasting powers of attorney
- Estate administration
- Tax and succession planning.
Naomi is a Full member of STEP (The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners), an international organisation helping families to plan for their future and she is also a qualified Attorney at Law in New York.
In her spare time, Naomi enjoys cooking and baking and spending time with her family and friends.
Tara works with and supports Ingrid McCleave within Wellers Wealth.

Paul came to the firm to specialise in Wills, Powers of Attorney and Probate with a diversity of experience that allows for a more holistic approach to his practice. This recent experience includes working as an Intelligence Analyst and extensive work with the emotionally and mentally disabled. He has a passion for learning and among his diverse qualifications he has a master’s degree in Psychology, holds certificates in Psychometric design and qualifications in Agriculture.
He says that he was drawn to private client work because of the strong relationships that are built up over time and the rewards that come from helping his clients though difficult times.
In his spare time he enjoys painting and small scale modelling for which he has won national awards and is a keen patron of the theatre and museums. Paul is a member and trustee of his churches Pastoral Church Council and is a member of the Pastoral Care Committee. He has recently taken up golf but thinks it may be best for everyone if he puts it down again!

Nicole joined the Wellers team in March 2018. With over 15 years of experience, Nicole is a specialist who excels in advising clients in matters of Wills, probate and Lasting Powers of Attorney. Nicole specialises in advising on complex Wills for clients who have multifaceted estates. She is also currently working to formalise her immense experience through the CILEX qualification.
Outside of work, Nicole enjoys spending time with her family and friends.”
Levina is a Private Client solicitor working from our Butler House office
Levina qualified as a Solicitor in November 2018 and specialises in advising on Wills, Lasting Power of Attorneys and administering estates. Levina also has experience working in contested probate cases.
Levina is very friendly and approachable. She likes to partner up with charities to raise money for a good cause. She supports charities like Cancer Research UK and Amnesty International UK. For Cancer Research UK, she has helped raise £2.4 million through writing free Wills for individuals who left charitable legacies in their Wills.
Outside of work, Levina likes to travel and spends time with her family and her dog.
Paula is a Legal Administrator in the Private Client team at Wellers Hedleys and works in our Butler House office.
Tegen is a Solicitor currently working in the Private Client department. Tegen started at Wellers Law Group in October 2021 as a Paralegal within the Litigation department but has since progressed to a Trainee Solicitor in November 2022 and qualified in May 2024
Tegen studied at The University of Brighton and graduated in 2017 achieving a 2:1 in Law with Criminology, she then started studying her LPC and Masters at the University of Law Guildford whilst working full time as a Paralegal. She graduated in 2020 with a High Commendation.

Daniela is a private client solicitor within our Bromley office where she acts for clients in relation to various matters including the preparation of Wills and Lasting Power of Attorney, Court of Protection matters, lifetime succession and estate planning and the administration of estates. She acts for a range of clients including individuals, families and other organisations and is an associate member of the Solicitors for the Elderly.
Daniela graduated from the Open University in 2016 with a first class law degree, and from The University of Law in 2018 after completing the Legal Practice Course with Distinction and fully qualified as a solicitor in September 2020.
Daniela enjoys travel, good food, spending time with her family in the UK, and visiting family abroad. She is multilingual, able to speak Macedonian, Serbian and Bulgarian.
