Paul can also assist in acting for developers in site acquisitions, disposals, portfolio management and financing.
Paul has experience working with clients across an extensive range of sectors including healthcare, retail, industrial, manufacturing, hospitality, local authority and residential. He has an open, communicative and diligent approach and strives to work closely with his clients to achieve the best possible result.
Graduating in Law from the University of York, Paul undertook his Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in Guildford.
With over twelve years’ experience advising companies and individuals on immigration, Oliver has joined Wellers Law Group as Head of Immigration.
Oliver advises companies on visas for employees and senior executives and has led the establishment of many overseas companies setting up their first UK entities, working alongside a network of professionals to offer comprehensive support for companies looking to expand into the UK market.
Oliver also supports companies with expert advice on immigration compliance, right to work policy and the global movement of workers.
Oliver also works with private individuals to support visa applications for family members and for exceptionally talented individuals in the Arts, Sciences and Tech sectors.
Oliver has worked for “Big 4” accountancy firms and global law firms and has worked with household name brands, Premier League football teams, global fast-food chains, airlines, HNW individuals and many start-up companies.

Dawn joined Wellers in August 2017 with over 20 years residential conveyancing experience in the local area. She enjoys assisting clients in what can sometimes be a very stressful time and achieving the desired results.

Diane is an accomplished and experienced family law solicitor, based in our Bromley office and able to help clients across London and the South East.
Diane qualified as a solicitor in January 2010 and she has 11 years’ experience in all aspects of family law including Private Law Children Act matters, cases involving domestic abuse, the separation process, divorce, financial and property disputes.
As a member of Resolution, Diane is committed to her work in family law and in particular the constructive resolution of family disputes. Her experiences have enabled her to develop her skills as a solicitor which she combines with a friendly and approachable style.

- Advising borrowers and personal guarantors in a dispute involving the construction of a private loan agreement, including advising on the enforceability of a penalty clause under the agreement
- Advising a commercial landlord in a dispute with Npower, including advising on the construction and commencement of an energy supply agreement
- Successfully securing summary judgment in respect of a contractual claim for a deposit following a buyer’s failure to complete
- Advising on banking disputes including a set-aside application against HSBC in relation to non-enforceability of a personal guarantee
- Successfully securing compensation for a commercial entity in a claim against RBS resulting from the mis-sale of an Interest Rate Hedging Product (SWAP)
- General debt recovery on behalf of commercial clients including professional service providers and SMEs

- Successfully acting for an executor and beneficiary in relation to a probate dispute concerning disclosure of estate information, including substantial recovery of costs
- Advising a beneficiary in an inheritance dispute including successful mediation and settlement of the claim
- Advising intended beneficiaries in a professional negligence claim against solicitors following failure to finalise a testator’s will
- Advising a client in respect of a claim in professional negligence against solicitors, arising from complex trust litigation
- Advising a restaurateur in a professional negligence claim against solicitors following failure to advise on the presence of a planning restriction on commercial premises in Victoria
