Rida graduated from the University of Surrey in 2020 and completed her LPC in 2022. She is aiming to qualify as a solicitor in the future and continue working in the property law field.
Alvin is a highly capable solicitor who specialises in Probate, Trusts, Wills, Lasting powers of attorney and Court of Protection matters. Having qualified in 2005, Alvin has over 17 years experience and prior to Wellers, has been a former partner and worked in firms across the Surrey area.
Alvin finished his Law Degree at the University of Utrect in the Netherlands where he spent the year studying International Law in a variety of subjects such as Human Rights, Crime, Space Law and Law of the Sea.
Jade is a trainee solicitor and is currently in her first seat in the Commercial Property department. Jade completed her undergraduate degree in 2020 achieving a first class with honours and completed her LPC and masters in 2021 at the University of Law in Guildford.
Sunita is a Property solicitor working from our Bookham High Street office.
Sunita has practised in residential property for 19 years having qualified in 1996 and is able to assist with new builds, lease extensions, sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties and shared ownership transactions. She can also able to address exclusivity agreements, transfers of part, remortgages, equity releases and legal charges.
Over the course of her career Sunita has overseen several thousands of transactions across these areas of law.
Holly is a Trainee Legal Executive and a graduate of CILEx, specialising in Contract Law, Company & Partnership Law and Criminal Law & Litigation. Her goal is to achieve Fellowship and become a Chartered Legal Executive and has experience in conveyancing, corporate law and litigation.
In her free time Holly enjoys running, travelling, learning Spanish and spending time with her family and friends. She also participates in hiking and running events to challenge herself and to raise money for different charities.
