Ingrid McCleave (Tax, trusts and private client services)

The Wellers Wealth team is headed by Ingrid McCleave, a hugely experienced private client solicitor and trained tax barrister. 

Ingrid is both a trust and tax lawyer advising high net worth individuals on the most tax efficient and practical vehicles for their businesses, with a view to profit extraction and succession planning.

As a very able trust lawyer she advises settlors and trustees of family trusts on the setting up of the trusts, compliance during the period of trust administration, advising on trustee duties and tax efficient strategies which both fulfil the settlors wishes and benefit the beneficiaries.

Parmjit Bhogal (Partner - Company and Commercial Law)

Parmjit Bhogal

Parmjit has wide ranging experience as a corporate and commercial lawyer across many sectors and especially in the technology and healthcare fields. He regularly advises on M&A transactions, management buy-outs, venture capital and private equity transactions. Parmjit also provides access to Wellers’ wider set of legal services, including property and employment advice.

Nina Rajani (Partner - Commercial property)

Nina Rajani

Nina leads the London property team and is a vastly experienced solicitor in a wide range of commercial and residential matters. She deals with acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold properties, advises on general landlord and tenant issues and handles portfolio management, advising entrepreneurs, boards of directors, boards of trustees, developers, investors, banks and other professionals on commercial terms and strategies.

Peter Spencer (Partner - Charity Law)

Peter Spencer

Peter specialises in the non-profit and charity sector adding an extra dimension to the team. His advice covers establishment of and incorporation of charities and social enterprises, constitutional amendments, mergers, governance and powers contained in the Charities Acts.

Joe Reeves (Partner - Personal and commercial litigation)

Joe Reeves

Joe is a civil and commercial litigator with a wide range of practice areas, including commercial and contractual litigation, property disputes including landlord and tenant litigation, banking and corporate disputes, professional negligence and debt recovery.

Roopal Kanabar (Consultant - Philanthropy and Social Impact Investing)

Roopal spent a decade at Citibank in Credit Risk, Structuring, Sales and Trading positions, in London and Sydney, prior to becoming heavily engaged in impact investing and philanthropy.

She works closely with Wellers Wealth to help those interested in setting up their own charitable foundation through GivingWorks and investing for responsible and sustainable social impact through our Wellers Impact operation.
