Ingrid McCleave (Tax, trusts and private client services)

Ingrid McCleave is a Consultant who works with the Wellers Wealth team and clients. Ingrid is a hugely experienced private client solicitor and trained tax barrister and is a partner at DMH Stallard. 


Ingrid is both a trust and tax lawyer advising high net worth individuals on the most tax efficient and practical vehicles for their businesses, with a view to profit extraction and succession planning.


As a very able trust lawyer she advises settlors and trustees of family trusts on the setting up of the trusts, compliance during the period of trust administration, advising on trustee duties and tax efficient strategies which both fulfil the settlors wishes and benefit the beneficiaries.

Kim Whitaker (Company and Commercial Law)

As a lawyer with over 30 years’ experience gained in-house and in private practice, Kim has worked with a variety of clients on corporate and commercial matters including business sales and acquisitions, shareholders agreements, joint ventures, partnership agreements, employee share schemes, IT and other commercial contracts.

Nina Rajani (Partner - Commercial property)

Nina leads the London property team and is a vastly experienced solicitor in a wide range of commercial and residential matters. She deals with acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold properties, advises on general landlord and tenant issues and handles portfolio management, advising entrepreneurs, boards of directors, boards of trustees, developers, investors, banks and other professionals on commercial terms and strategies.

Kate Pipe (Charity Law)

Kate was admitted as a solicitor in Canada in 2017 and has over four years’ experience advising charities and social sector clients on a wide range of legal matters including in relation to establishment and incorporation, governance practices, fundraising, mergers, restructures, regulation, and compliance.

Before joining Wellers, Kate worked as a lawyer in a top-tier charity practice in Sydney, Australia where she advised a number of household name charities on various aspects of their operations.

Joe Reeves (Partner - Personal and commercial litigation)

Joe is a civil and commercial litigator with a wide range of practice areas, including commercial and contractual litigation, property disputes including landlord and tenant litigation, banking and corporate disputes, professional negligence and debt recovery.


Neil Sandy (CEO of Wellers Impact and GivingWorks)

Neil has spent nearly two decades working in the field of philanthropy and social impact through his work with Wellers Impact and GivingWorks. 


Wellers Impact is an impact investment management firm that manages socially and or environmentally equitable investments in the Global South. GivingWorks specialises in helping people to set up charitable foundations in order to achieve their philanthropic goals.


Tegen Whitford (Trainee Solicitor)

Tegen is a Trainee Solicitor currently undertaking her first seat within the Private Client department under the supervision of Ingrid McCleave.


Tegen assists Ingrid with the day-to-day running of files, drafting Inheritance Tax Forms, Wills, Lasting Power of Attorney’s, Deeds of Variation and regularly attends Ingrid at client meetings. She is continuously learning in this seat and enjoys complex matters.

Daniela Koceva (Solicitor)

Daniela is a private client solicitor within the Wellers Law Group Bromley office where she acts for clients in relation to various matters including the preparation of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection matters, lifetime succession and estate planning and the administration of estates. She acts for a range of clients including individuals, families and other organisations and is an associate member of the Solicitors for the Elderly.
