Used Wellers Reece-Jones for conveyancing for the second time. Excellent, helpful, prompt service. Sound advice. Regular, clear communication. Couldn't be faulted. Would use again and recommend.
I used Wellers Reece Jones for my recent house sale and and purchase .The service we experienced was polite ,informative, effective and friendly .I would have no hesitation in recommending their service .
Excellent and supportive service at a reasonable price. I trust them to deliver a timely and good outcome. Even though I have moved from the area I would still remain a client and recommend.
Wellers Reece-Jones handled the conveyance work for both our sale and purchase. The sale was straightforward but there were some complexities around the purchase as late in the process, instead of paying off all of our mortgage and buying for cash as originally planned, we decided to pay off most of our mortgage and "port" part of it to the purchase. Although it was comparatively easy at relatively short notice to obtain approval from the bank for the reduced loan to be applied to the new property, to hurry through a valuation and the bank staff were in the main very professional, the bank really dropped the ball in the last week. It became a bureaucratic nightmare as the various mortgage-related departments are based in multiple call centres, individual staff do not have direct lines, some will not give out their surnames, some don’t call you back when they promise to do so and there were even cases of giving out inconsistent messages or just wrong advice. The upshot of all of this was at the eleventh hour, Wellers Reece-Jones had to scramble around to complete all the paperwork and ensure that the partial “port” did not fail. Sarah Reece-Jones conducted most of the work but as she was on holiday during the week of completion, her colleague John Hamilton picked up the baton and went the extra mile to ensure that everything went through ok. They kindly elected to waive some additional fees despite the extra workload under significant time pressure.
