Sarah joined the firm in 2023 as the firm’s HR Business Partner after previously working at a leading international law firm in London and then a regional commercial law firm in a HR management role.
Sarah is a member of the Executive Leadership Team at Wellers. She has full responsibility for the HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, leadership development, and Training and Development. Sarah is also a Chartered CIPD Member (Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development).
In her spare time, she is a keen supporter of local charities working with neurodivergent children and adults.
