She provides high quality, timely, practical, and meticulous advice to clients in a wide range of practice areas including debt recovery and insolvency disputes/litigation, general contractual disputes, co-ownership disputes under the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996 (TOLATA) and claims relating to conversion under the Torts (Interference of Goods) Act 1977.

Showcasing her commitment and excellence in the legal field, Priyanka’s specific areas of expertise lie in residential and commercial property disputes, which include housing disrepair claims, possession claims (including forfeiture), tenancy deposit issues, boundary disputes, service charge disputes, adverse possession claims, and Rights of way and restrictive covenants.

Priyanka uses her practical approach to obtain the most favourable results for clients, whether via court proceedings or alternative dispute resolution, remaining conscious of her client’s objectives and cost-effective solutions.

Prior to joining Wellers, Priyanka gained invaluable experience and knowledge at a leading city firm where she represented social and private tenants, as well as leaseholders in complex disrepair actions against Local Authorities and Housing Associations.
