Jigna joined Wellers Law Group in 2026 and, since qualifying as a solicitor in 2015, has gained extensive experience advising individuals, businesses, lenders and charities across a broad range of civil and commercial disputes.

Her expertise spans commercial and contractual claims, professional negligence matters involving solicitors, surveyors and accountants, contentious probate disputes and injunctive relief. She is experienced in advising on debt recovery/enforcement action including statutory demands and winding up/bankruptcy petitions, and has acted in matters before both the High Court and County Court, as well as proceedings in the First-Tier Tribunal (Property Chamber). Her property litigation experience includes advising landlords and tenants in both residential and commercial disputes as well as boundary disputes and rights of way issues.

Jigna is recognised for her strategic approach to dispute resolution, combining technical expertise with a pragmatic focus on achieving the best possible outcome for her clients. She has successfully handled complex and high-value matters in the fast-paced and often demanding environment that comes with litigation, and is adept at managing cases from initial instruction through to trial, enforcement and post-judgment costs matters.

She is equally skilled in pursuing negotiated settlements and alternative dispute resolution where appropriate, whilst remaining a confident and determined litigator when court proceedings become necessary.
