Apply for a Mortgage
Once your offer is accepted, you’ll need to apply for a mortgage with your chosen lender. They will assess your finances in more detail before offering a formal mortgage offer.
Contact us
We will handle the legal side of the property transaction, doing things like conducting property searches, checking the title, and preparing the legal documents for you to sign.
Get a House Survey
While your lender will conduct a basic valuation of the property, you may want to arrange a more detailed survey (like a Homebuyers’ Report or Building Survey) to assess the property’s condition. This can help identify any hidden issues that might affect your decision.
Research Removal Companies
While you won’t have a moving date yet, it’s a good idea to get quotes from removal companies in advance. This can help you plan and avoid stress later on.
Transfer the Deposit
Once you’re happy with the survey results and the legal checks, you’ll transfer your deposit to us. This step is key to moving forward with the purchase.
Exchange Contracts

Complete and Move In
