Wellers is not a debt recovery agency. We employ a number of robust, pragmatic tools and methods to collect debts as well as ADR solutions to negotiate a settlement if this is a more suitable course of action.

Alternative dispute resolution (ADR) means ways of resolving a dispute without a court decision. Through negotiation, you and the other party can discuss the debt and seek an agreement on payment.

We can help at either of these stages:

• Money still owed: assistance with recovering an unpaid debt, whether you are an individual or a company.
• Court order already obtained: assistance with enforcing an order relating to a debt.

Following the initial assessment, we select suitable recovery methods or a negotiated settlement route according to your matter. This means the next step reflects your circumstances and whether you are seeking payment or already have a court order.
