Design and planning service
Maja Myall is a highly respected design professional who is able to develop your initial thoughts and ideas into a complete, branded interior for your business. Her approach is to build out a complete definition of your target market including amongst many other criteria:
- Average spend targeted
- Average stay
- Food/beverage balance
- Passing trade or destination
- Demographics – age, wealth, ethnicity
- Dietary preferences
Refining the brief
Even with a full definition of who you wish to target, you will need to include in a large number of other factors before concept design. Key to this is of course your budget and your financial objectives. However preferred type of service, cloakroom facilities, space for shopping bags, table sizes and shapes, take-away and eat-in balance, price points and many other considerations may need to be reviewed to reach the optimal design for your interior.
