Refining the brief

However preferred type of service, cloakroom facilities, space for shopping bags, table sizes and shapes, take-away and eat-in balance, price points and many other considerations may need to be reviewed to reach the optimal design for your interior.

Concept design

From the most efficient and effective space layout to the colour-scheme, fabrics, wall-coverings, decoration, tables, cutlery, crockery, uniforms and signage you will have a comprehensive solution.
Full technical development
This stage includes fully worked-up plans and scale drawings, construction drawings as well as planning applications and applications to building control. Many sites have very specific rules applied by landlords from single, local high street sites to those that come under the control of shopping developments, airports, TFL and other major site owners. The team will pick up the task of liaising with landlords and provide the plans and drawings in order to obtain consent.
Assistance for contractors on site
The Blenheim team are on-hand to help coordinate the work of contractors on-site during the build and will arrange site meetings to ensure that all concerned know what the objectives and expectations are.
Disability study
Of course, you cannot afford to fall foul of the laws governing access and disability. The layout of your premises, means of emergency escape will be affected as well as the more general health and safety requirements need to be met.
