Krishna Patel joined Wellers Law Group in 2025 and specialises in contentious probate matters.

She qualified as a solicitor in 2021 and has since built her experience in contentious probate litigation at a London Legal 500 firm for some 3 years. Her work in contentious probate is marked by her thorough understanding of the following:

• Challenging the validity of wills
• Claims under the Inheritance (Provisions for Family and Dependants) Act 1975
• Estate disputes including but not limited to conflicts over asset distribution and executorship
• Court of Protection matters including the management of individuals who lack mental capacity
• Court of Funds to submit missing beneficiary monies to the court
