Alvin is a highly capable senior solicitor who specialises in Probate, Trusts, Wills, Lasting powers of attorney and Court of Protection matters. Having qualified in 2005, Alvin has many years experience and prior to Wellers, has been a former partner and worked in firms across the Surrey area.
Alvin finished his Law Degree at the University of Utrect in the Netherlands where he spent the year studying International Law in a variety of subjects such as Human Rights, Crime, Space Law and Law of the Sea.
Alvin is a member of the Association of Lifetime Lawyers (formerly known as Solicitors for the Elderly)
