Paul is a Solicitor in the firm’s commercial real estate team and specialises in transactional areas such as purchases, sales, refinancing and commercial leases. He deals with a diverse range of property transactions covering an assortment of property types and values. Paul can also assist in acting for developers in site acquisitions, disposals, portfolio management and financing.
Paul has experience working with clients across an extensive range of sectors including healthcare, retail, industrial, manufacturing, hospitality, local authority and residential. He has an open, communicative and diligent approach and strives to work closely with his clients to achieve the best possible result.
Graduating in Law from the University of York, Paul undertook his Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in Guildford.
