  • Minor Injuries – £300 – £10,000
  • Moderate Injuries – £6,000 – £10,000

Minor injuries (£300 – £6,000) usually involve soft tissue damage which may cause pain but where a complete recovery is expected or if the injury has resulted in fracture of a clavicle (£4,000 – £10,000).  Moderate injuries (£6,000- £10,000) have symptoms persist for about two years. Serious injuries (£10,000 – £16,000) are usually those where symptoms are permanent.  Severe injuries (£16,000 – £40,000) are associated with significant disability on a permanent basis.
