  • Lesser Injuries – £3,000 – £10,000
  • Moderate Injuries – £10,000 – £32,000
  • Severe Injuries – £32,000 – £109,000

In some cases injury to the pelvis or hips can result in leg amputation (see “legs and knees” for details.

Lesser injuries (£3,000 – £10,000) are generally soft tissue injuries where a full recovery is expected within two years.
Moderate injuries (£10,000 – £32,000) may require surgery and some ongoing symptoms may persist in the future but permanent disability is unlikely. 
Severe injuries (£32,000 – £109,000) are life changing and permanent such as an extensive fracture to the pelvis.
