Minor injuries (£300 – £10,000) include sprains and soft tissue injuries where a full recovery is made without surgery.
Moderate injuries (£10,000 – £32,000) are generally those that cause pain and loss of function without prospect of recovery within five years.
Severe injuries (£32,000 – £134,000) are more life changing and permanent.
