At Wellers Law Group, the health and safety of our employees, clients, and visitors remain our utmost priority. As the pandemic has receded and restrictions have eased, we are still committed to providing a safe and secure in-office environment for everyone. Our in-office health and safety policy reflects our dedication to maintaining the well-being of all individuals associated with our organisation.

We will vigilantly revise our in-office COVID-19 health and safety policy to align with official guidelines and the prevalence of reported COVID-19 cases.

Risk Assessment

We will continue to promote good personal hygiene practices throughout all of our offices. Hand sanitizing stations will be conveniently located throughout our premises, and regular handwashing remains essential. By adhering to these hygiene measures, we can collectively contribute to a healthier work environment.

We recognise the importance of ongoing health monitoring. Employees, clients and visitors are encouraged to be vigilant about their well-being and stay home if they experience any symptoms of illness. Reporting procedures for illness and potential exposure have been established to facilitate timely communication and appropriate measures.

If you feel unwell before an in-person meeting, we advise that you could take a precautionary Covid-19 test if you are experiencing its symptoms.

No employee should attend work if they have a fever or other Covid-19 symptoms. Employees should avoid coming into work if someone in their household has Covid-like symptoms.

We are able to take enquiries and calls over Zoom as an alternative means to in-person meetings.

As we navigate the new normal, we will continue to provide training and communication to our employees.

Together, let us embrace this new phase, focusing on safety, collaboration, and a sense of shared responsibility. By prioritising the health and well-being of our team, clients, and visitors, we can create a productive and secure in-office environment as we move forward.
