The MIB exists to compensate victims who have been injured in a road traffic accident by either an untraced driver or a driver without insurance. The fund exists to ensure all victims are able to recover compensation. You should contact the MIB or us to take advice quickly as there are tight time scales set down within in which you must deal with your claim.
