Cyber bullying mainly affects children and is therefore of increasing concern to parents of children and teenagers. It is when children using the internet are tormented, threatened, harassed, humiliated, embarrassed or otherwise targeted by another child using the Internet, mobile phones or other digital technologies at which stage you may need to contact a solicitor.
