For example, the Companies Act 2006 and new laws relating to employment as set out in the Employment Act 2008 will need appropriate provision to be made in most businesses. The recent popularity of Limited Liability Partnerships, a form of ‘incorporated’ partnership, has provided new choices for businesses that would previously have organised themselves under a simple partnership arrangement.
