After University Tony taught for 2 years prior to taking up articles in central London. Following this spent 3 years with Radcliffe & Co before moving to Bromley in 1978.
Tony has sat as a Committee member of the Legal Aid Appeals Committee and also as a Deputy District Judge since 1992. He has been a governor at two local private schools, been Chairman of one other school as well as Trustee of Bromley Y a local charity.
Two noteworthy reported cases: Widdows -v- Friends of the Clergy Corporation and Banik- v- Banik.
Having damaged his left knee "completing too many marathons in appalling times", Tony spends what spare time he has walking with his wife and granddaughter.
