Nimalee qualified as a Private Client Solicitor in 2003 with a large regional firm and specialises in Wills and Probate. She joined Wellers in 2008. Nimalee graduated from King’s College, London and went onto study at the College of Law, London. She became a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) in 2008 having passed the required examinations. STEP is recognised as a leader in the area of Wills, Trusts and Estates.
Nimalee specialises in Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and their registration, Court of Protection work and the administration of estates, both testate and intestate (those without a Will). Nimalee has experience in dealing with estates liable and non-liable to inheritance tax.
Outside of work, Nimalee has a young son who occupies most of her spare time. However, Nimalee enjoys travelling and fine dining when the opportunities arise.
