We understand that a conveyancing transaction can be a stressful time for you, whether it is a sale, purchase, re-mortgage, lease extension or a transfer of property between family members. Quality of Service
The average sale or purchase takes about 8-12 weeks to complete, with a transfer of equity or re-mortgaging taking 4-6 weeks. We will always endeavour to complete transactions within these timescales. Where issues arise that are outside our control (such as delays in receipt of a mortgage offer, replies to information requests or lack of progress in completing the chain of sellers and buyers) we do all we can to move things along and provide a smooth transaction. To enable us to provide clients with a fast and efficient service, Wellers has invested in the latest technology including sophisticated hardware and software.
 
Communication
Wellers feel that clients deserve excellent communication from their conveyancing solicitor, so we make sure we return telephone calls speedily and aim to reply to all correspondence within two working days. We encourage you to contact us at any time and we correspond regularly by email or letter, whichever is preferred, so you are continually aware of what stage we have reached in the transaction process. Wherever possible, we like you to attend a meeting with us so any relevant documents can be clearly explained and signatures obtained.
 
Value for Money

Our legal fees are competitive and fair and reflect the professional quality of the service provided by Wellers. When you ask us to act on your behalf, written confirmation will be sent to you within twenty four hours.
